Okay, so Carrion Crown was my first proper time GM'ing, and I made a few small rulings earlier which, long story short, were huge mistakes and ended up with my players having the capabilities to do ridiculous amounts of damage in a single blow. Like, absurdly so. I know WHERE I went wrong, and I know how to fix it, but I've decided to choose not to for the last bit of this campaign. My players have genuinely too much fun being able to deal this damage, so I'm not gonna take away their toys this late into the campaign- what I've been doing instead is multiplying boss HP for a while. It's been working out fine for the most part, and to make Adivion's fight more challenging, I was planning on literally multiplying his HP by a factor of 10 to really give them the sense that they're fighting an unkillable mega-lich. I've read the thread about spicing up Adivion's battle, and I've thought about empowering all his spells and whatnot- but I think Mythic Tiers would be a very interesting route to take instead.
Bear in mind: I'm still new to Mythic Stuff, so I'm not an expert in the terminology. What I'm trying to say is:
Help me build a forsaken lich who can withstand several 100+ damage rounds in a fight! (And please don't lecture me on the damage stuff, I'm already looking out for how to keep that balanced for my next game with em!)

When I ran the final encounter a few years ago I decided to make it a 3 stage fight. It's in my old campaign thread somewhere on the boards but here is how I did it.
Stage 1: Adivion the crit-fishing scimitar wielding magus. During this stage he was pretty much the same as in the adventure with some modifications that made him a more viable danger. When he reaches 0 hp he goes to stage 2.
Stage 2: Adivion starts channeling the Whispering Tyrant and gets all those fancy foresaken lich abilities + all his regular magus spells and starts tearing into the party. Once he gets to half hp (even if somehow the damage from the attack would have sent him to 0 he immediately goes to stage 3 and stays at 120 hp).
Stage 3: The real danger, the Whispering Tyrant takes over. At this point his power level spikes incredibly as he gets the Whispering Tyrant's mentals which increases the DC's of all his magus spells to astronomical levels. He also gained the invincible and agile templates. I added another mechanic that said if the fast healing of gallowspire (20 hp that he got only once per round despite the agile template) ever returned him to his maximum hp (300) then the Whispering Tyrant became strong enough to escape Gallowspire in Adivion's body and the game was essentially over.
Note: Also don't forget to modify his spell list and item list to include things that he knows would make things obscenely difficult for the party.
Wind Wall for ranged weapon focused parties (or fickle winds) and scrolls of corruption resistance for paladins etc...

It took us a while, but we finally got to the finale- and man, did your build make it an interesting fight! One of my PCs was extremely sympathetic towards Adivion, and refused to hurt him, trying even to stop the other PCs- but that changed immediately when he entered stage 2. There were some AMAZING roleplay moments once he hit mythic, and it was the perfect ending to a campaign! Thank you so much for the build!
