I thought I'd start this thread as a compliment to the PFS and SFS threads of the same name. I know we aren't going to get stories like they do there. Instead it is funny coincidences and weird dice checks.
I'll go first.
Last night we were playing 4-1D. The player before me had found the boss in the final location. I only needed a 7 Wis check to defeat it. My character, the Naga from PF Tales deck, has a d6. I did have a blessing, and so did the other 2 players.
I explore and go to fight the boss. We all spend blessings so I now have 4d6 to roll vs. a 7.
"I don't even care if a blow this out and we have to shuffle a monster in. After this it is over." I say.
I roll the dice: 1 1 2 3
So I roll a 7 on 4d6 against a 7.
Mind you we were cursed with quite a few 1s showing up all night long.

That still doesn't compare to my player's SotS roll; the player likes Bards so he played Meliski.
It was one of the 4 scenarios against a Crawling Hands, so bad consequences if he fails. We were like "okay we should bless him then".
He rolls 6 1s and a 2 on 7d6. He also had a reputation for rolling low as well.
As for a non dice-roll story, last year's PaizoCon had the players playing 3-3X (the library scenario, I forget which one). The Enora player wanted the scrolls in that scenario, since she's a bibliophile, but some other character actually got all of them. The Enora roleplayed being so pissed off at it.

We had a few last week. We're playing SotS to wait for Ultimates to come out before working on SoFF (or really, half my regular players are doing that while the other half are playing other coop games in the time slot)
Talitha wanted to get the allies in 0-2A but she kept encountering Animal allies all night instead. Celeste, played by her husband, was like, I don't see any problem, I can pick up Animals or humanoids no problem.
I meanwhile played Ukuja and the three of us (the 4th person was playing Salim) ran into a Pirate Entertainments. Talitha resigned herself to failing and meanwhile I was like, I'll probably pass this but I'm giving myself a blessing to pass it. She barely fails while I... get a 22 on the check (2d10 + 2 Ranged). It's the equivalent of shooting an apple off my White Tiger through the crowd of pirates while the Tiger is jumping through a hoop, is how the Celeste player described it.
We saved up a ton for the last henchman, so we rolled an 80 (ah yes the wonderful Pharasma x3 + Magic Weapon combo)
We found a lot of 2s... and we kept closing the locations with 2s in them. Even the seaside warehouse - we were like, maybe we should explore that last card in there before closing, and Salim was like nah, and we were like nah, and we rolled just because, and we closed it... and there was a 2 weapon in there. Whoops.
We still got 3 AD2 boons out of the deal.

Another funny/ karmic occurence tonight.
Playing Season of Faction's favor.
I explored to reveal a baited jewel box playing Celeste from Pathfinder tales.
Not having a relevant skill, but getting help from the spell "Disable Mechanism" (I think) I got to role 1d4 + 2d8 to get a 9.
I just make it. So I role 3 damage and draw 2 items. A Holy Water grenade, and a Potion of Healing.
Guess what got banished and I only role a 2 healing on.
As an aside, I seem to make many of my dex based checks to acquire for B weapons, and checks to acquire armor.

When I was doing my first solo playthrough of Season of the Shackles, I was playing Brawler Meliski from the Bard deck, and I was super concerned about defeating the end boss with his two huge checks, and only one hand to play cards from. I was going to be a tricky balance trying to play enough to pass the check, but not so much that I didn't have resources for the second check.
Then, the one Item in the location deck ended up being a Potion of the Ocean. Banish to auto-pass a check against an Aquatic foe. Suddenly made the villain a lot easier, as I used the potion and then threw everything at the second check. It still amuses me that I was able to beat the villain of an entire AP with a potion.
