Can weapon fusions be applied to a weapon that is part of a Nuar Maze-Core?
If so, does the effect of the weapon fusion apply to all of the modes of the maze-core, or only one of them? What if one of the modes of the maze-core is something not a weapon, like a laser pistol/computer combo? I expect that a fusion that changed or enhanced damage would do nothing on the computer, but if it was a Calling fusion, would it make me able to call my computer to my hand?
How does it affect the cost? Would the cost of the Fusion be based on the highest level of the items in the maze-core, or just one if it can be only applied to one?

So reading the txt it seems that it would only affect the mazecore if it is in the stage of the fusion. Your example of a gun/pc, if it is in pc mode you would not be able to call it because the gun is non functioning at that time. With this being the restriction the fusion would have its cost as the gun and no other change.
That being said, i can see huge advantages to having a mazecore that is two different weapons with different fusions on them.

Would it be legal to get a maze-core of two identical weapons with different, normally incompatible weapon fusions? Say a combination of a pistol with the Holy fusion and the exact same kind of pistol with the Unholy fusion?
How does this affect the price of the composite item? Is the cost for the fusion applied before or after the one and a half times multiplier on the cost of the less expensive item in the combo?

There is not restrictions on maze core except for the technological/powered restriction. So if you wanted two fo the same thing combined you'd have to pay the costs as normal, and you're bulk would still be 1 higher, but that's it. So you could totally have a pistol that's holy combined with another pistol that's unholy and switch between them as a swift. It'd just be very expensive for what you get.
And fusion costs are dependent on item level not item cost, so the additional cost of the maze core has no effect.
