Order 4631704 pending for over 2 months

This order has been pending for over 2 months

I am trying to find out why this order is still pending for the part of the order for the miniatures. I have download the other part of the order and have no problem with that part of the order. I don't understand why the miniatures have not shipped yet.

It does not say that they are out of stock or anything like that.

I would a appreciate an update on the status of this order.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look into the order, and it seems that it was placed on 12/25. It looks like we are still waiting to receive more of the Obozaya miniature, which is currently listed on backorder. Unfortunately, it's past the 7-14 business days we had expected to receive those backorders.

We're waiting to get a better estimate from Ninja Division on when we may be able to expect more in stock. I apologize for the confusion! The other two miniatures appear ready to ship, however. If you'd like me to split those off and have them sent out ASAP, just let me know and I will get that taken care of for you.

Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that I may assist you with in the meantime.
