I have an order that has been Pending since October of 2017. I figured because it included some minis that there was a delay with the making of them, but I have not gotten any updates and am concerned. Order number is 4538120.

Hi KISRaven,

Thanks for your question! It looks like this order is for the Worldscape Humble Bundle miniatures & comics, which we have not yet begun shipping yet. We don't have a very exact estimate for when we'll be able to fulfill these, but they are expected to go out within the first quarter of this year.

According to this post by Erik Mona, we're hoping to start sending them out by the end of next month but this is still just an estimate at this point.

Sorry I can't give you anything more precise! Your order should remain pending until we receive the materials to send out, and you'll receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed for shipment. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, don't hesitate to let us know and we'll be glad to help out.
