Racial Paragon (Vigilante Talent) and Blazing Aura (Ifrit Feat)

I have Ultimate Intrigue and the Advanced Race Guide and can pick up Blood of the Beast, so book-wise, I'm good.

The Racial Paragon Vigilante Talent from Blood of the Beast lets me pick a racial Feat that I am the right race for, but don't have yet.

Would this mean I can pick up Scorching Weapons for my level 1 Feat and then use Racial Paragon to FLAME ON with Blazing Aura at 2nd level, despite the Feat having a level 13 requirement (and therefore not going to be available in PFS).

As such, in Pathfinder Society Organized Play, only members of the kitsune race can select the racial paragon vigilante talent.

I don't have the book and was going off of d20pfsrd, so I didn't know it was a Kitsune-only option.

Then again, Blazing Aura or Elemental Jaunt at 2nd level is pretty OP.

That's understandable. This is one of the difficulties with the way the SRDs, even AoN, decontextualize game material. (I had to go look it up in the book myself.)

Archivesofnethys is still better than d20pfsrd, though, since it (usually) gives you page numbers (and usually PFS legality as well).

I still see this come up a lot, but characters have been able to reach Level 20 for several years now.

I guess since the Campaign was initially capped at 12th that most people still think of it that way, but there are now dozens of 20th Level PFS characters out there.

You can *technically* even get to Level 21, and thus be eligible for membership in a futuristic street gang.

Racial Paragon is a kitsune only talent in PFS play, per the text that you see when you pass your mouse over the PFS symbol next to that racial talent on the Archives of Nethys page for vigilante talents. Going strictly by what is written in the Player Companion, any Vigliante would be able to learn it -- but PFS has its own more specific rule here.
