I know the PFSACG scenario 3-P had been reportable for a while, but I am not able to report it anymore.
In addition, 4-2P and 4-3 are also currently not reportable.

I can't find PFS ACG 4-P2 in the options for reporting. Sounds like it might have been there at one point, but is now gone again?
That's bizarre. I've gone ahead and corrected this in our system. Let us know if you notice it drop off again, and we'll investigate further!
