What is the Tome Dragon's Precognition ability? (Dragon #343)

So, IO really didn't want to bother anyone with this, but it's bugging me; the statblock for the Tome Dragon in issue #343 mentions it gains a "Precognition" ability at hatching, but nowhere does its combat statblock mention what this ability actually does! Can anyone clue me in on how this works?

Hello @ geometry dash 3d, In Dragon Magazine #343, the Tome Dragon’s “Precognition” refers to the psionic power Precognition from the Expanded Psionics Handbook.

Effect: the dragon briefly sees the future, gaining an insight bonus to AC and saving throws for a short time. The magazine assumes the reader uses the standard psionic power description instead of repeating it.
