Thanks to the recent addition of Starfinder society, the reporting window recently had a field added that allows you to select which campaign to use (PFS, CORE, and STAR) that changes the scenarios in the Scenario field to the correct campaign.
However, the current layout of the form is strange, because the field for selecting the campaign is after the scenario field. It would improve the flow of the form if you moved the campaign field above the scenario field.
This is not a big issue, but it would make the form flow better.
