Hi Paizo,

Some weeks ago I purchased

Syrinscape—Hell's Rebels #1: "In Hell's Bright Shadow" SoundPack

However I have not received a serial number with which to activate it.

When I click on the activation line in the download page to receive the serial number, it simply takes me to the top of my download page.

I've sent 3 emails in total to customer support and shop and received no answer.

Could you please arrange a serial number for me.
