I view my cart and hit the Proceed to Checkout button.
Instead of doing that, it takes me to Paizo's homepage.
I have tried signing in first, but even that didn't help.

They had set up a new website design that has some bugs. They are aware of some issues and are currently working on it.

I have also had this problem while trying to add a shipping address

Can't download books now.
