Everytime I try to got to the My Downloads page I am send back to "returning customer" after what feels like a Minute or so.
I check in again on this page, but the situation just repeats itself.
This is going on since last week.
Browser: Firefox

Still the same problem, I tried this with an other browser (Internet Explorer) and even an other PC.
Found out that I can download direct from the products page, but I have to search for every product, quite a hassle but better than no pdf :-)
