I was reading up on my spells when I came across this.

When you look at the summary spell lists (p 336, 337) it has a very different range for the different spell levels on the actual spell listing on page 367.

I was curious to know which is the correct amount healed.

This is indeed a problem, and obviously one is a miss-print.

While we wait for an errata/reprint, my understanding is that the Spell Description is the authoritative text on all spells and the spell list summary is only intended to be a quick reference.

There are no issues here, everything is correct.

The higher spell summaries assume you either take the higher heal amount bonus you get for level 4+, or you take the "restore to life" option.

For example, Mystic Cure 6: "Restore 20d8 + your Wisdom modifier HP to a
living creature or restore life to a recently slain creature."

That's entirely accurate, you either heal 20d8, or you heal 11d8 and bring someone back from the dead.

The spell description chart is also accurate. That's the base healing. The immediately following paragraph explains your bonus options for levels 4+.
