Just wondering if we know what curchanus' holy symbol was? and holy weapon?

I don't think either have ever been described in canon.
Curchanus died before the Age of Legend; i.e. before any of the great civilizations on Golarion arose. In lore, Curchanus died "while Desna was young," and Desna has been described as one of the oldest of the gods.
So, if it's relevant in your game... feel free to make it up! If it were up to me, I'd say his holy symbol would be a stylized wolf or bear, and his weapon would be the club.
