But to answer your question, you use the pathfinder society resources for that for now.
If you go to the Pathfinder Society section, then to Create an Event you can reserve 10 numbers at the bottom of that page. Those can be used for new players.
Starfinder characters start at -701 on your pathfinder society number, there is no seperate starfinder society number.
