Broken Spine

I just submitted an email to you regarding a broken spine on my SF core rule book. I just purchased it at GenCon. I also sent pics, I know you seem to be having an issue with this as I've seen others having a similar problem. Sorry you guys are having to deal with this but I hope something can be done.
