Order #4419724 still pending

Hi,

I had ordered an assorted base set on Aug 13th. At that time it was listed as available and since then has become unavailable. The order has also been pending for more than the expected 14 businesses days.

I am just wondering if my order would be filled at all or if it is just generally unavailable?

Thanks for your question! I'm sorry for the confusion with this, but it looks like this order is indeed waiting because the item is currently out of stock. It may be that there was a hiccup with the inventory, or you may have ordered it just as it became unavailable and our system did not recognize this. I'm sorry for the confusion!

If you'd like to leave the order pending, it should send out automatically as soon as we receive more of the Base Assortment in stock. However, I do not currently have an estimate for when that may be. If you'd like to cancel or change the order, just let me know and I'll be able to help out with that.
