I've created my first SFS character, an Ysoki mechanic. Basically, I'm just needing another set of eyes (or two, or three) to make sure I've got everything right. I'm not looking for any kind of critique on an "optimal build" or anything like that; just making sure he's within the rules :)

RACIAL ABILITIES & FEATS
Cheek Pouches – Can store up to 1 cubic foot of items weighing up to 1 bulk in total in cheek pouches. Can transfer a single object between hand and cheek as a swift action. Can disgorge entire contents of a pouch onto the ground in his square as a move action that does not provke an AoA.
Darkvision – Ysoki can see up to 60 feet in the dark (p.253).
Moxie – Scrappy and nimble; can stand from prone as a swift action. When off-kilter (p.276), he does not take the normal penalties to attacks or take on the flat-footed condition. Can tumble through an opponent's space (one size category larger than himself) with an Acrobatics check (with +5 racial bonus)
Scrounger – Receives a +2 racial bonus to Engineering, Stealth, and Survival checks.
Feats: Toughness, Skill Focus (Engineering; from exocortex)

Your Fortitude Save should be +3 (2 Class + 1 Con).
Your ranged attack bonus should be +2 (from Dex).
You should have 3 Resolve (+2 Int +1 Level).
Your Computers should be +7, since it's a Class Skill (2 Int, 1 Rank, 3 Class Skill, 1 Mechanic Bonus), and your Engineering should be +9 (2 Int, 1 Rank 3 Class Skill, 3 Skill Focus). Your Survival should only be +2 (+2 Racial, nothing else).
Also...why Themeless? I don't think you have ranks in any non-class skill (including Survival) and some of the Themes are a lot of fun (Bounty Hunter gives Survival as a Class Skill).
Additionally, just because I feel obligated to note, on an optimization level, Cha does nothing for you, and Str and Con aren't exactly essential either. Dropping any of those for more Dex and Int would make the character much better at what he does.

You have longarms and heavy armor proficiency. From an optimization standpoint, using a laser pistol is terrible when you could be using a laser rifle or hunting rifle. Heavy armor would boost your AC by a bit if you are keeping 14 DEX; otherwise you should increase DEX to 16.
Extra stat point should go into STR.
