The Expanse is a great sci-fi book series and TV show set in the future Sol system and featuring the crew of the Rocinante as they stumble into sinister corporate/interplanetary conspiracies and their consequences. And Starfinder works pretty well for them, especially if you take some liberties and assume magic in the Expanse universe. If Amos can have an exocortex, Naomi can be a Technomancer to drive her uncanny computing skills.
Here's a brief sketch of how I see the members of the crew (and other major characters) translating.
James Holden: Envoy, Icon theme (rogue journalist), captain role
Naomi Nagata: Technomancer (emphasis on utility/tech spells), spacefarer theme, science officer role
Amos Burton: Mechanic (exocortex), outlaw theme, engineer role
Alex Kamal: Mystic (Star Shaman) (emphasis on healing, utility, "I've got a bad feeling" divination, but doesn't like casting spells much), ace pilot theme, pilot role
Bobbie Draper: Soldier (Armor Storm primary, Blitz secondary), mercenary theme, gunner role
The Rocinante is obviously an Explorer hull with Flak Throwers in every arc, a forward arc Railgun, and two turret mounted Light Plasma Torpedo Launchers. For expansion bays it has one each of a cargo hold, guest quarters (common), tech workshop, and medical bay. They gym can be eliminated since they have artificial gravity and don't have another free bay.
