For some reason I received notification of this order when I have it set so the comic is sent with my monthly subscription and NOT alone. I do not want the comic sent alone as it doubles the price of the comic with the shipping cost.
As soon as I got the initial email about this order getting ready to be shipped I sent a response. Now I have been given a tracking number.
This is the third or fourth time this has occurred. However this time the shipping tracking info email came the same day before you could respond.
How do I stop this shipment?

Thank you for letting us know! We had a problem with our system earlier which allowed some comic subscriptions to be sent on their own before we could stop them. I apologize for the confusion with this.
Since the order has already been processed for shipment, we cannot stop it now. However, I have refunded the shipping cost of $3.74 back to your account in the form of store credit, and you should see that available immediately.
