Can androids benefit from cybernetics? Biotech? Personal Augmentayions?

I would see no reason that the first and last wouldn't work, but androids don't have DNA(?) and this can't use biotech? Maybe?

Oh but Climbing Suckers work with prosthetic limbs, so probably androids too? I guess it's still biotech because the suckers are biological?
