I have e-mailed and even tried calling also to get this solved. I really don't mean to be this impatient but I need my PDF for a society game tonight. Somebody please help me.

Paizo's payment processor has very picky address validation; double-check your address on your account vs what is on your card account. The two charges you are seeing are temporary authorizations; they will ordinarily expire after a couple of days. Customer Service will be able to reverse these authorizations, which should free up the funds on your account sooner.

Calling is the fastest way to get through, although they are probably pretty swamped at the moment. Make sure to call during business hours, the number is at the bottom of the page in the footer. I've found there is usually a delay of a day or so for forum threads.

Thanks for the info. No rush now since I missed out on getting to play tonight.I had wondered about the address being the issue since I just moved.

Hello Ben,

It looks like this is a problem with our card processor as Skizzers pointed out. I'll be sending you an email with more details in just a moment. Please let me know if there's anything else we can help out with in the meantime.

Thanks!
