Do they stack?
Why wouldn't they? The Spellsoldier build is even a Priest with Connection Inkling, so if they didn't that would be a wasted feat.
I could see an argument either but I am inclined towards them stacking.

Seeing as the game recommends mixing them, I'm sure they stack.
