Starfinder Binding Problem

Same story as many other binding posts. Bought the book from the kiosk at Gen Con, and now the pages are starting to fall out. I sent an email with pictures on Wednesday but haven't heard anything, so I thought I'd better post here and make sure there wasn't a problem on my end.

I know you guys are probably post-Gen Con slammed, so thanks for all you do.
