I hope you all had a fantastic GenCon! If you did not go, ice cream is on me (I didn't go either!!)
I have some items in the Sidecart I would like to get moved out of and shipped. I'm assuming I will need to call and provide shipping fees, so let me know if this is doable and I'll play ringy-dingy with the phone.

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like we do have a default payment method on file for you, so if you'd like to use that card then there should be no need to call in. If you'd like to use a different method, then you'd probably want to call to let us know.
I can go ahead and get your items moved out of the sidecart to be sent out as soon as possible. We are experiencing some holdups with these items due to an inventory hiccup in our system, which will likely be worked out once the rest of our staff starts returning from GenCon. Once those are hammered out, however, your order should be ready to go.

Alrighty, then you should be all set! Your sidecart has been moved out to order #4455136 and you should have received a confirmation email yesterday.
Once our warehouse processes the order for shipment, you'll receive a second confirmation email. Just let me know if there's anything else I can help out with in the meantime.
