I emailed about this yesterday, but no one has responded and it seems people on the forums are getting responses. I've been trying to purchase Dead Suns #1 but I can't make it past the purchase screen, let alone make it to the download section where it seems everyone else is having problems.
Any help?
I've dug around on the forums and it looks like my issue is similar to this one?

Thanks for letting us know! According to our system, the order wouldn't go through because "One or more fields in the request contains invalid data." I don't see any payment methods attached to your account anymore, but I do see that Baltimore City is listed as your state, so my guess is that's what's holding things up.
You should be able to fix that in your account addresses and try again, but I'll be glad to help out if it's still giving you issues.
