How do I cancel a subscription?

Hello. I purchased the subscription to the Starfinder core products thinking it would give me access to the society modules as well. Since it doesn't, I don't want the subscription and will just buy what products I want. How can I cancel it?

Hi Willis,

It looks like your Core Rulebook was already processed for shipping, so it should be on the way to you. If you decide you don't want it, you can always refuse delivery, and it should be returned to us automatically. Once we receive that return, we can refund the purchase cost back to you.

I also just wanted to confirm whether or not you wanted to cancel the Starfinder Roleplaying subscription. If you do, just let me know and I'll get that taken care of for you as soon as possible.

Otherwise, you should be all set! Please don't hesitate to ask if there's anything else I can help you out with in the meantime.
