Error 121, multiple authorizations?

I hate to be a bother, I'm sure you've gotten plenty of this sort of thing on as busy a day as this, but I'm afraid I'm having an issue.

I'm using a family member's card to purchase the Starfinder Core Rulebook PDF, and yet, whenever I put the information in, I keep getting error 121 (that the card has been declined), and that I'll have to input it again. I promise you, the information and address I'm using are correct, but what worries me is that my gram's card is going to have multiple authorizations on it, as I've tried four or five times now since 5:45 or so this evening. I haven't gotten any emails in regards to the order, and I'm afraid I don't know where to look to tell you the order number. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thanks for letting us know! I've taken a look into your account, and it seems that the order was able to go through just fine. You should have the PDF on your account as we speak.

I poked around to make sure there weren't any extra authorizations, and I cannot find any. It seems to have only authorized and settled once. If there are any extras, those should usually expire on their own between 1-5 business days.
