Hello, team! I know you're super busy with a skeleton crew this week and with the release of Starfinder. I appreciate any help you can provide.
My problem, like several others, is that when I attempted to order the PDF's for the Starfinder CRB and the 1st AP I got to the final step before it stated my transaction was declined. I checked my bank and have 4 authorizations currently for that amount. There is currently no problems on my banks end of things. At this time, I haven't received any emails from Paizo and I don't have anything in my downloads for the PDF's. Any help you can provide to correct the situation would be much appreciated! I look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks for letting us know! Sounds like you're also experiencing troubles with the Address Verification System check. Since fixing this involves your billing address, I'll be sending you an email with more details. In the meantime, I'll get those authorizations reversed.
