Error With Starfinder Order

I've sent a pair of emails as well, but I thought I'd post here on the forum as well. I attempted to order a PDF copy of the CRB and AP when they released, but the order wouldn't go through on my end. I tried twice with my card, and twice with my wife's. Then, I checked my bank account, and saw that they HAD gone through, FOUR TIMES, but I just hadn't received the PDFs. I really need three of those charges removed, and the PDFs added to my Downloads. Thank you for your time.


Same exact thing happened to me. I sent an email about 2 hours ago, when I realized I'd been charged. I'm going to call on Monday if it isn't resolved by then.

Did either of you receive any e-mail from Paizo? If not, then something did probably go wrong with your order, but you weren't actually charged.

What happened is that your bank put a hold on the funds for the amount of your purchase, and that hold will eventually expire and the funds will be released if the purchase is not completed.

Hopefully somebody at Paizo can get back to you with specifics about what happened to your orders.


I never received an email, so hopefully that's what happened.

I didn't receive an email, but according to my account overview online (and the bank, who I called this morning) I was definitely charged.

I sent my first email at 12:25 AM their time, and another this afternoon. I doubt there could have been too many people to have contacted them ahead of me, considering it was less than a half hour after the PDFs released.

Looks like my bank had updated my information and I didn't realize it (change of address form, maybe). So once I updated my address it worked, and the previous charges were already reversed. Thanks a lot for the help.
