I am new to the website, I order a copy of star finder core rule book pdf. Thinking it did not work I tried again, it charged my bank account twice and I still have not got and email to confirm to order nor can I download the pdf.

The website seems to be under a bit of duress (I'm guessing starfinder release is the problem). I was able to order it fine, but download was chugging along at 25k/s so i put that off until later.


My bank account was billed, but the order on Paizo's end never went through. Not in my downloads


Exact same thing, thinking it didn't work I tried again, resulting in multiple authorization holds on my bank account. No email, nor has it shown up in my downloads, and my account doesn't even say I have any pending orders. Furthermore, the Starfinder Core Rulebook still shows up in my cart (which is why I believed the transaction didn't go through). The website does seem to be slow in general today, but I "purchased" and downloaded the free Starfinder: First Contact pdf earlier with no issues. I also sent an email about the multiple charges, I'll let you know if I get a response!

I'm not being able to download the PDF book. The download times are 3 hours, and I'm getting network errors after 2 minutes.

What about move downloadable files to a cloud storage like Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage? Not 100% sure but looks like the files are being served by an Apache Server. :-(

All of you appear to be having problems with your billing addresses. I will be emailing you all separately with more details. Thank you for your patience!

Unfortunately, download times are not in Customer Service's wheelhouse, so I cannot speak to those.

For future reference, it is better for folks to post in their own thread about problems, even if they think they may be experiencing the same problem as another user. This helps us keep tabs on how many requests we have and make sure that none get buried in someone else's thread.

Gentlemen, try deleting your payment method and re-entering it. Looks like the shopping system will still use an old payment method (even if you deleted it), so if it does make sure you change it to the card you want to use.

Also, there appears to have been a timeout on the site earlier when entering the card's security code. Was sluggish this time but it did go through.
