Our website currently lists a 1-14 business day processing time for orders, which is the time between when the order is placed and when our warehouse scans the order for shipment. Typically this estimate is 1-7 days but the timeframe has lengthened for the time being because of the extra load our warehouse is under during the busy season of Starfinder release and GenCon prep. We appreciate your patience!
I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that it's currently in the batch that our warehouse is working on packing up for shipment. It should be sent out soon, but we don't have a way to tell exactly where you'll fall in the queue. The renewed payment authorization is from when our warehouse put the order onto a packing slip to prepare it.
Sorry for the confusion! Once our warehouse has processed the order for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
