Hello -
Sorry for the newbie question. Is there a website where I can sort and filter all cards? Example: I could select "Monster" type from a dropdown list and "base set" from another dropdown list. A table would display all monsters from that base set as well as the ability to view a screenshot of the card or read the card's data.
Thanks for your time.

No such websites exist, unfortunately. Only Paizo would be legally allowed to make something such as this, but they do not appear to be interested in doing so.

Why would they be interested in this? You could easily print all the cards yourself instead of buying their products. With 9 cards per page, you can print an AD for less than 2€ on paper, and cardboard would only be marginally more expensive. Not that you couldn't do that with the cards in Pathfinder Adventures already, but I guess the few people that'd actually do that are acceptable in terms of how old the product is.
