Can someone PLEASE explain to me why an order placed in February.. then cancelled in February via phone was suddenly CHARGED TO ME AND SHIPPED almost 6 months later? My boyfriend doesn't even live there any more and the package will be DECLINED. I am DEMANDING a return of my money. I CANCELLED this order nearly SIX MONTHS AGO!!! This should have NEVER been sent. I see where you still tried to ship it back in February after I called to cancel it, but it was declined to lack of funds cause I pulled the money out of my account in case you tried to charge me anyway. Now, after I thought all was well, you decided to charge me and ship these books to somewhere my boyfriend doesn't even live anymore? Those books won't be forwarded ffs. They'll be returned to you. He's not there. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND FOR THE ITEMS YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER SENT.

Hi Crista,

We recently had an update to our order processing system that seems to have shaken lose some older orders that were still pending. I'm not finding a record of a cancellation request, and if you could forward customer service your email confirmation of the cancellation or let me know if the request was made via phone, email or messageboard, that would be helpful in tracking down what went wrong in that regard.

In the meantime, I've refunded the amount of the physical items that were shipped unexpectedly to your card. If the package ends up being forwarded to your boyfriend's new address, just mark it return to sender and it should make its way back to us.

thanks,
sara marie

I made the request via phone. I thought had an email somewhere about it, but I would have long ago deleted it cause I figured I didn't need it and I hate holding on to old emails n stuff and having the clutter everything up. Thing is my boyfriend is no longer at that facility.

Thank you for refunding the amount of the items sent. Pity it doesn't cover the overdraft on my account that it caused.
