In 2007, I purchased "Dungeons & Dragons: Rules Cyclopedia" as a PDF document. I have since had a major hard drive crash and lost the only copy I had of the PDF. Is there a way to retrieve a copy of the PDF?
The order shows in my order history (with order#), but according to the "My Downloads" page in "My Account", downloads before 2011 are not available.
I would realy like to have another copy of this book if possible.
Thanks :-)

Are you sure that this is the only/original account? I've still got all my downloads available going back to and including 2007, when Rise of the Runelords was released. Certainly, I've got scads of purchases prior to 2011 listed.
Paizo can certainly help you best, but if it turns out you've got multiple accounts, the sooner you start thinking of what they might be, the faster it'll all get solved.

The exact quote is "*Downloads added to your account before April 2011 will show "no data" as this is when the tracking of last download date feature was added."
So the only thing that should be missing is the date of your last download if you last downloaded the PDF before April 2011.

Could the Rules Cyclopedia have been one of the PDFs WotC pulled from distribution in the Great PDF Vanishing of Whenever-It-Was? If it was a WotC rather than a Paizo product, Wizards stopped making those available for download around the time 4e launched; there was a huge to-do about it from people who had paid for products and then couldn't download (or re-download) them. As I recall, Paizo did at least wrangle 24 hours notice at the time for their customers to download their files before they were pulled.

Paizo *and at the time all other companies offering their PDFs* Was forced to remove all PDFs of D&D books owned/produced by WotC many years ago *Can't remember the exact date*.
Sadly that means that any D&D PDFs you bought prior to that are no longer available for download.

Galapas, here is the link to RPG Now. You can purchase it here if you still want it.

Thanks guys, looks like I'm SOL on this one. It was definately a "Wizards of the Coast" product. I doubt I would purchase this again, even if available. I don't like paying for things twice. I knew I got it here so I was checking to see if the purchase records were still here, which they are, but no download (for reasons specified above).
Thanks again.
