Missing promo card

I have e-mailed you several times and you have no reply.

I would like you to confirm that you have omitted and shipped the Promo card or that the shipping agency can not find the Promo card.

I wonder if the Promo card is on the inside of the product or packed separately. I want to know if the shipping agency can get lost when inspecting the goods. If you are taped to the box surface, the shipping agency may have discarded it when you unpacked it. Please give me any answers. The longer I stay in a shipping agency, the more I will cost.

If you are missing a Promo card, I will send you another order, you just send to me an additional missing Promo card. If the shipping agency has done something wrong, the shipping agency will be responsible for the content.

The shipping agency is waiting for my answer.
I need to tell the shipping agency where I can find my Promo card. I am waiting for your reply.

I was contacted by the oveseas shipping agency that promo cards did not arrive.

How did you pack the promo cards?

Can you send me picture of how to package?

Because they emailed me that they could not find the Promo card in the contents.

It looks like the first email we received from you about the promo cards was yesterday; I apologize that we had not yet responded to it, but we have a lot of emails backed up in our inbox after the long weekend and are still working on responding to everybody. Thank you for your patience!

When we ship promo cards, they are usually placed inside the box with the rest of the cards. If the shipping company looks inside the box and the cards are not there, it is possible that they were forgotten and we will be glad to send you replacements.
