Transaction declined

Hello,
I wanted to buy the Pathfinder: Adventurer's Guide PDF but the first card I selected was declined.
I noticed that my bank took down the card after a report I placed and now I try to buy it with another card but the "Transaction declined" red message is still appearing when I try to buy it and prevent me from buying it.
Id there any way to remove this red message or is it another reason I cannot buy it?

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your account, and unfortunately, the error message we are receiving is "General decline of the card, no other information provided by the issuing bank.

It looks like we are receiving this error message for both of the cards that were tried, so it's not just the card that was canceled. I would check with your bank to see if they are able to provide any more information about why it's being declined. Once that's sorted out, just let us know and we'll be glad to help get your order placed.

My card was "declined" 3 times when I tried to buy the pdf Core Rulebook just now. However, my bank says Paizo charged me each time. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I've looked into your account, and it seems that you spoke with my coworker Diego earlier about this. The PDF has now gone through, and the extra authorizations have been reversed. You should be all set for this!
