Can potions, wands, scrolls have meta magic feats?

it may have been posted but i can't find it so i will take a short cut. Hey You Guys..... Can i spend 6000 gp on a potion of maximized and empowered cure serious wounds and as such spend the 11250 gp on a empowered cure light wounds wand just wondering. Thank you

In home games? Yes, if your GM allows it (see also: settlement stat blocks purchase price limits)

Mechanically they can (as long as the metamagic feat does not adjust the spell level over what is allowed by the item), however in PFS you can't purchase them per this FAQ.
