Ire of the Storm Part 1 intro (looking for suggestions and feedback)

I'm running Ire of the Storm Part 1: The Deluge on Sunday with a group, and this is what I came up with. Was hoping to get some feedback and suggestions of changes and anything to add (ie. knowledge checks, especially DC's, like local for the storms, history, and religion for who is normally worhipped and the storms, etc.)

Ire of the Store Part 1 - The Deluge PFS Introduction

Late morning light pours in through the windows of the meeting room in Eleder's Lodge as an older man in wizardry robes sits behind a mahogany wood desk tinkering on the what looks like a wayfinder. Looking up from his work, he smiles and sets the wayfinder down.
"Oh, you're finally here. I am Venture-Captain Finze Bellaugh." He looks around a bit before stacking a few papers together and placing them inside a folder. "I have made arrangements for you to leave on the Kaava Cutter, which is to leave in a couple of hours, and make your way to Pridon's Hearth. There, you will stay at the Stone Hall until your mission is complete. When you arrive, you are to meet with Sheriff Adaela. As Count Narsus is currently away, she has to perform his duties in addition to her own, and is currently understaffed. As such, she apparently has a problem that requires the Society's aid.
I've learned that Count Narsus is looking for a second wave of colonization at Pridon's Hearth. This is a great opportunity for us as not long ago our lodge in Kalabuto was closed down due to the unrest of the local natives there. If you can complete this mission and make the Society look good in the eyes of the community, we may be able to finally set up a new lodge on Sarvaga.
Oh, and there's something that you should all be made aware of. Most of the inhabitants of Sarvaga only know Polygot. I hope that won't be too much of an issue. If it is, be sure to ask the good sheriff who might be a good person to hire as a translator.
If you have any questions, it might be better to wait and ask them to Sheriff Adaela when you meet with her."

Here's some knowledge checks that I just came up with. Hidden because they contain spoilers.

Knowledge (history):
15+ Sargava was part of the Mwangi Expanse until the region was settled by Chelaxian colonists who imposed their rule on the native population.
20+ When Aroden disappeared, the Chelaxians fought a civil war for three decades, as the various noble houses fought for supremacy.
30+ Decades ago, Shackles Pirates sunk two Cheliax fleets and the colony still pays the pirates for protection, despite the high cost.

Knowledge (local):
10+ The locals mainly consist of Mwangi tribesmen and Cheliax colonials.
15+ Most of the inhabitants prefer to speak Polygot. Some races are more adapt at this than their native language.
25+ It's rumored that funds from the Aspis Consortium helped the initial colonization effort of Pridon Hearth.

Knowledge (nature):
10+ A massive, endless hurricane known as the Eye of Abendego, permanently moves along Garund's western coast.
15+ The hurricane is what's said to have halted the colonization of Sargava.
20+ The Eye of Abendego spawned around the time Aroden disappeared and destroyed two nations: Lirgen and Yamasa, now known as the Sodden Lands.

Knowledge (religion):
15+ It's said that a devoted sect of Gozreh, calling themselves The Storm Kindlers, entered the Sodden Lands to study the weather patterns a hurricane, the Eye of Abendego, produced. The weather was so severe that it's said that none survived.

Oh I'm definitely going to add it there. Just wanted to get other people's approval before I did so.
