Ask your GM if you can select the 3.5 feat Practiced Spellcaster.
Other than that (and the options listed by Daedalus above), there aren't really any options I know of that will give you what you want. Sometimes there just isn't a way to Do The Thing.

Half-elf has an alternate racial trait from horror adventures called multidisciplined, that helps you along if you have 2 spellcasting classes.
That's an option, then. I thought I remembered something like that, but I got it confused with a similar ability that explicitly doesn't stack with Magical Knack.

Outside of that there's Eclectic Training and Esoteric Training. It's a specific PFS thing, I think. It references Fame.

no other traits able to stack with magical knack? trying to get craft arms and armor but if i spend a feat to beable to qualify for craft arms and armor i wont have room for craft arms and armor :(
character is also locked into being human
ill also take anything that could reduce the caster level need of craft arms and armor to 3 caster levels

...so it can't be an item, can't be a feat, and the character has to be human. And though you don't say it, I'm guessing dipping classes is also out? Because by far the easiest way is just two more levels of the spellcasting class.
Lots of traits give +1 CL with a specific spell or spell school (here's one). Lots of feats do something similar (Varisian Tattoo for one). Combined they'd get you up to CL 5 for a single spell, whether that counts as CL 5 for Craft Arms and Armor I don't know. I think that's up to your GM. There is one trait that gives +2 CL for specific spells (divination) but only while using your harrow deck as a focus. Either way it's not a blanket CL increase, just an increase for a specific spell. And there is another blanket +2 CL... split between two different classes, half-elf only, and explicitly doesn't stack with anything else that raises your caster level (it even calls out Magical Knack by name).
I'm guessing there's some reason Master Craftsman is out? I mean, I know it's not great, but it's way less hoops than what you're trying.
Depending on what you need it for Toilcrafter would let you make simple magic weapons and armor with only Craft ranks. Just need to worship a NE god of cheating, slavery, and toil.
While probably not helpful to you, the level 20 skill unlock for Craft is "make magic items using your Craft skill".
As I already said, if you are already or can somehow convince the GM to use Fame and guilds:
Eclectic Training (5 Fame): Guilds often require members to master and train in different subjects. When your Fame score in a guild reaches 5, choose one spellcasting class you have at least 1 level in—you increase your effective caster level in that
class (including the number of spells you know and can cast per day) by +1, to a maximum caster level equal to your total Hit Dice. Single-classed spellcasters should still pick a class to which this bonus applies, since this bonus is retroactive.
Esoteric Training (35 Fame): The bonus to caster level you gain from Eclectic Training increases to +3 (but is still limited by your total Hit Dice). You may select a second
spellcasting class to gain a +1 bonus to effective caster level.

If you want craft Magic Arms and Armor why don't you just go for Master Craftsman

Eclectic Training and Esoteric Training aren't PFS-specific (I don't think they are PFS-legal). They are from the Inner Sea Magic campaign setting book, in the magic schools chapter and are intended for multi-classed characters. I don't have the book in front of me at the moment, but IIRC, they are from the "Guilds" section.

It's also a Pathfinder Campaign thing in Inner Sea Magic book.
