I've looked into your order, and it seems that the Red Dracolisk was holding things up. Unfortunately, it looks like you ordered 3 and we only have 2 left on hand. Sorry about the holdup!

I've reduced the quantity down to 2, and your oder should be ready to ship any time now. Once our warehouse has processed it for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it is on the way. Just let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
