bought a product and it never downloaded to my account for me

as of 03/01/2017 i had bought the sand point sounds for my campaign im going to run and it was 3.99. i have not received this download on my account for a day now and am wondering why.

Thanks for letting us know! I'm sorry to see that the download isn't working properly; it seems that there was an issue retrieving the code from our system. I'm going to have to ping our contact over at Syrinscape to get a new code generated, but once I hear back from him, I can send you the code and you should be able to redeem the sound set as usual.
