Pathfinders,
I have created a Google Doc you might be interested in copying for your own use. While I know there are other versions out there, I didn't like the ones I saw in the short time I was looking and thought I would add mine for those that might find it useful. The document is a spreadsheet that allows you to track what character you have played in a scenario and if you DM, the character to which you have applied a scenario's credit. Spots are included for both Regular Play and CORE Play.
The document tracks the following:
Scenarios
Adventure Paths
Quests
Modules
I have created two versions of the document. The first uses a sheet for each season of scenarios, and separate sheets for Adventure Paths, Quests and Modules. The second document is a long form that has everything on one sheet.
You can view the documents at the following links:
Please inform me if these links don't work for you, you have trouble copying them to your Google Drive, or you have problems editing them in your Google Drive. This is the first time I have tried sharing a Google Doc in such a way.
Google Docs can be accessed via your phone using the Google Drive app. Now you will be able to check to see if you have played a scenario from anywhere you have access to the internet.
While I will update the documents regularly to add new scenarios, you will have to visit the above links to copy and paste the new information into your document or you can add the information yourself.
I hope everyone that needs to, finds a use for these documents.
Thanks,
maldar

There is an online tracker here

There is an online tracker here
That is a nice website, however there are a few flaws I found when I entered the information with my first character. She is a Cleric 7 and Holy Vindicator 3, and while it can be expressed like that and using the "Level" drop down to express total levels, there are some that will be confused. I would also do away with the character number drop down and just allow for someone to enter whatever number they need.
Reason I like mine is that it is simple and no need to register to use the tracker.
I will experiment with that one some more.

That's nice work. I personally use this one. I'll have to compare notes and see what improvements I can take from it.

Looks like you are tracking multiple players. Mine is set-up for individuals to track their own. Something like your's is nice for an event organizer to use when deciding what to scenario to run.
I suggest breaking yours up into more sheets.

I came up with one very similar to yours.
I need to update Season 8, still, and probably a few Modules, but it's been popular with the ppl I've shown it to.
Feel free to copy it. The hyperlinks alone will save you hours of work.

Pretty nice Eric. What is the "Tech?" section in Season 6? Is that where stuff from the Tech Guide show up, there is some of that in Season 8. I will make the same suggestion of spliting it up into sheets like I did for Steven's. Helps from having to scroll down so much and I find it faster. Pretty easy to do even with an existing doc like yours. I think I had most of the Long Form of mine done when I decided to split it into sheets.

Noticed I need to break thing up a bit in the mods and add Thornkeep and Emerald Spire.

They wouldn't use them. I have to update for them half the time. See the character journal sheet for my method on individual characters.
Being able to filter the columns by 'G', 'P', and other things like tier is very helpful.
Was just looking at yours again and have a question. What is CP, P/C and P* in the player section? I understand the G, P and X as they are in the key.

Player added. I have guesses, but no actual answers.
So this is shared with your players and they can add info as well? I would guess they did not see the sheet for CORE and C is CORE and both CP & P/C are both. Those are my guesses.
Do you mind if I share this with my VC, VL and VA? I would remove all the player information prior to sharing. I really like this for Event Organizers for planning upcoming events.
Thanks.

Not as colorful as Steven's this is another multi-player tracker that I finished updating, a little more space intensive as I use a column for each playing and GMing as we used to black out the boxes and had it more a visual to help decide what to play.

Thanks. I copied your's and Steven's. If we find something that might improve the sheets I will be sure to pass them on. I hope they are interested in trying to use these.

Here is the tracker I use for my characters and scenarios.
The first tab has my characters, their factions & levels along with my upcoming games.
The second tab has all the scenarios and what I've played/Gmed with who.
The final tab shows me where my characters are by faction, helps me decide what faction new characters of mine should be or say deciding between which lvl 6 character I should advance.
Feel free to make a copy if desired
