Building a Suli in Season 8 with the Elemental Dilettante boon

Can I use my Elemental Dilettante boon to create a Suli without the other elemental boons, as the required races are currently PFS legal?

I think it depends on how the boon is worded.

You must attach the three other specified boons. Elemental races being legal doesn't give you any boons, so it makes no difference. However note that the other three boons do not have to include an Elemental Dilettante section.

Thanks for the responses! I have the Slyph and Oread boons already, so I'm halfway there. I'm hoping to trade for an actual Suli boon so I can avoid the need to collect the Ifrit and Undine boons.
