It looks like I really screwed up this one. All the items in this order were sitting in my sidecart awaiting approval of payment. I had a notice that the order would expire by today, and I had already approved funding on Monday, so when I saw a button at the bottom of the sidecart labeled "ship as soon as possible" I cliked it. It moved everything into my shopping cart. I thought, "that isn't what I wanted to happen. I'll just leave it and see what happens in the morning." Now my shopping cart is empty. The order in no longer in my Pending Orders. However if I click the link from the email I received, the order still shows as pending approval of payment but has no order number.

I know this is my fault. Please help me.

Thanks for letting us know! Don't worry, our system can be a bit confusing sometimes. :)

It looks like your items were in an unsubmitted order, so I've submitted it and I'll be sending you an updated order confirmation email in just a moment. Since it's been hanging around for a bit, I'll let our warehouse know to get it on the way as soon as possible. Just let me know if there's anything else I can help out with in the meantime.
