Hello, the two shipments listed under this order has not been received by me, one shipped on 18 Nov 2016 , another on 30 Nov 2016. I have checked the shipping address and it seems to be in order, however it has been more than 40 days and I am starting to get worried. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that both items were estimated to take 40 business days to reach you. Since business days do not include holidays or weekends, the estimates for these has not elapsed yet. Right now, it looks like the shipment that left on the 18th should reach you by January 19th, and the later one should reach you by the 30th.

I'm sorry for such a long wait, but international shipping can take a while, and there are always delays that can happen on the way or in customs. i would say to give the shipments until the end of this month to reach you, and make sure that they are not just delayed. If you still have not received them by then, we'll be glad to get more replacements set up to be sent out.
