Cancel Order

Hi I appear to have an order for Curse of the Crimson Throne Hardcover pending but have already got the hardcover and the limited edition hardcover. Is this an error? If not is it possible to cancel this part of the order please.

Hello Nick,

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it looks like it combined with your old order for the Crimson Throne book. However, the book is already marked as fulfilled, so you should not be charged for or sent another copy.

This seems to be a display issue, but I'm going to have our tech team look into it. If there are any changes made to the order, we'll let you know. Don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.
