I placed this order on December 18. It is still listed as pending. Any update on this?

The product has a listed product availability of 4 - 18 business days, which would put it arriving at our warehouse by January 13th on the long end of the estimate.
I'm sorry for the confusion! The order should remain pending until we receive that item, at which point it'll be sent out as quickly as possible. Once it's been processed for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way, along with a tracking link.
