Hi

I've yet to receive my order and it has taken over a month now (subm. 4th Nov). Can I get my money back?

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it looks like it hasn't shipped yet because we are still waiting to get more of the Goblin Pyro minis back into our warehouse. The Goblin Warriors are ready to go, but it looks like we still haven't gotten the Pyros.

Would you still like to receive the warrior mini, or would you prefer to cancel the whole order? Just let me know and I can get that taken care of for you.

Please note that we do not actually charge for your order until it ships out, so if you see something that looks like a charge on your account, it is most likely just a temporary authorization. Charges are not finalized until you receive your shipping confirmation email. For more information about our authorization process, please visit our authorization FAQ here.

Well if half of the order is there sitting and waiting, then maybe I can wait for awhile. The alternative which I would like to suggest, if you see the Pyros take a long time, is to order a second package of those Goblin Warriors instead. But for now I'm content to wait.
