When a sub order isn't an order?

Hi there,

I currently find myself in a rather odd spot with my subscription order from the start of November. It seems that when the charge failed when the subs first trigger (lost my bank card and only just got my new card so I'm aware that my December subscription was declined) the order somehow became bugged. The items in my subscriptions are listed as ordered but I can not find any sort of order number page for the order as a whole. Is there a way you can check on it and see if there's anything wrong on my end? On a side I will be able to cover the payment for both months subscription orders come friday. Joys of holiday shopping making me forget to keep enough in the bank.

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for letting us know! It looks like your November order was stuck in a bit of a strange limbo, but I've now moved all the items into your pending December order #4148469. I'll send you an updated confirmation email in just a moment, so feel free to look that over and make sure everything looks right.

Since we are planning to start our shipping window tomorrow, I'll go ahead and temporarily suspend your order until Friday. That way, our system should not attempt to charge your card before then. If you'd like the order unsuspended earlier, just let me know and I'll be glad to take care of it.

Otherwise, you should be all set! Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.
